Order terms & Allergy info Allergy notice: - All of our products contain: eggs, milk, and wheat. - All items are prepared in a home kitchen where peanuts, tree nuts and other common allergens are present. We always follow best practices to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee products are 100% allergen-free. Order pickup: - All orders are pickup only in Toronto or Thunder Bay as decided upon when ordering. The exact pickup location and details will be emailed on the Monday of your scheduled pickup week. Payment: - Full payment is required upfront to secure your order. - Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations: - Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your scheduled pickup. - We are unable to offer refunds for orders cancelled within ten days of pickup, as prep and ingredients are already underway.
